SUMMER HOLIDAY 2022

Hi everyone. Summer's here. It's time to go to summer camps, being with friends and family, going to places you don't know, you all know the drill. Moving on. This summer my family and I went to the Alantejo Region of Portugal, then to Isla Cristina in Huelva, in southern Spain. Mostly those parts have good surfing areas and tons of beaches.
In Alantejo we went to a campsite called Milfontes. That campsite was cool, just cool. It was quiet and peaceful. It had a supermarket near the entrance as well as a bar. The shower block was like a 5 star hotel! My parents and my sister went to do a surf course at a beach near the campsite while I stayed in the beach guarding the food and reading a book. Here are some pictures of the campsite my mum and sister getting ready for surfing, places we went to see.

Surfing girls. Yeah!

We were in the campsite from 27 of july to the 2 of august. Our next trip was to Isla Cristina in Huelva. We arrived to the campsite in Isla Cristina. My god, it was packed. There were tons of tents and campervans and a lots of kids with their families. In Isla Cristina our plan was to go and do tourist stuff.

In Huelva we went to see a lot of places. One of the places I liked was when we went to see the replicas of the ships Christopher Columbus sailed to America in. It was very interesting.

In Portugal and in Huelva we had amazing meals. From Cataplana in Porto Covo, squid and grilled prawns skewers and surf and turf in Milfontes to Mojama and Conjonudo de Gambas en Isla Cristina. Not to mention grilling our own fish in the campsite

Tapas in Doña Gamba. What a place!

The last day we went in a boat that went from the port of Ayamonte to Portugal

These two photos are in Portugal

Right now I'm in my grandmother's house having a great time. Doing exercises, reading and enjoying being with the dogs and the family. We're going to do a final stop in Galicia. So, be tuned for more blog entries. Peace out!
